You do not need to cc: your Flair account manager, digital marketing manager or developer, even if it's an emergency. We'll all be notified when you send emails to the group email address.

You'll typically receive an acknowledgement of your ticket within several hours (or sooner), and you can view our average turnaround times for resolution of common requests.
